With over 35 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, George
brings a wealth of expertise to TEAM Consulting. He has worked as a
county property appraiser, a statewide reappraisal coordinator, a chief
cartographer, and a GIS director in the public sector. He served as the
reappraisal director for the largest county revaluation completed in
the U.S. in the last 20 years. George was elected president of the
International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) in 1994, and his
peers continue to benefit from his involvement with the organization.
George has attained the IAAO professional designation of CMS and has received
numerous local and national awards. He has provided a wide range of
assessment administration and related technical consultation services to
state and local governments, including state and local assessment
policy reviews, quality control audits, technical specification
preparation and analysis, design of public information programs,
appraisals, ratio studies, model building, and software services.
