Ron
has 30 years experience in preparing tax rolls. He was elected and
served as Property Appraiser in both Pinellas and Citrus Counties in Florida, and is a state certified general appraiser. He has been active in the
International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) and currently
serves on the research committee. He has published numerous
professional articles and has taught at the university level.
Ron
is the senior modeler for EDA-Feedback, Inc., having modeled residential
properties in
Pennsylvania,
New York,
Virginia,
Georgia, and Florida. He is on the approved
bidders list for the state of Florida, and is authorized,
through his consulting firm SASSA, Inc., and EDA-Feedback,
Inc., to provide Assessment and/or Appraisal Services, Electronic Data
Processing Consulting, Computer Software, Assessment and/or Appraisal
Consulting, and Electronic Data Processing Services.
A
former Director of the Florida Association of Property Appraisers, Ron
received the 1994 President's Award for his professional contributions,
and was also chosen by his peers to be the recipient of the IAAO’s 1995
Presidential Award for professional contributions. |
