Pete
brings over 30 years of computer-assisted mass appraisal experience to
TEAM Consulting. He acted as
systems and standards supervisor for the State of
Kansas
during its statewide reappraisal and he now serves as the ratio study and
GIS manager for the Kansas Property Valuation Division.
Pete has also worked as a chief appraiser and commercial
property appraiser for local assessment jurisdictions.
Over
the last 12 years he has served on the IAAO Technical Standards Committee,
Research Committee and Conference Content Committee.
He is the recipient of several IAAO awards and serves as state IAAO
instructor. Pete has performed
equalization program reviews and ratio study evaluations in 9 states.
He has also developed customized personal computer applications to
assist state agencies and local jurisdictions with model calibration and
innovative ratio study statistical tools. |
