With almost 30 years of assessment experience, Marion brings a wealth of experience to TEAM Consulting.  Marion has worked his entire professional career in the property assessment field as a county property appraiser.  With his educational background ( MBA-Pittsburgh State University ) and professional experience, he is uniquely qualified to provide a business perspective to the government side of our profession.  Marion was elected president of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) in 2007 and currently serves on its Board of Directors.

Marion is a CAE (Certified Assessment Evaluator) with the IAAO.  He has been teaching for IAAO for 18 years and has written and taught a number of assessment related courses for other professional assessment organizations.  Along with Marion ’s involvement in every aspect of our assessment community, he has also found time to a member and president of his local school board.
