Ken brings over 35 years of real estate, property appraisal, mass appraisal, management and property tax administration experience to TEAM Consulting.  He has served as the elected Associate Member of the IAAO Executive Board twice, participated in numerous IAAO committees, and is an IAAO Senior Instructor.   He has served as a consultant both nationally and internationally, and has completed numerous independent appraisal assignments for real and personal property over the past 35 years.

Ken has been a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers for over 32 years, is a State of Georgia and United States Virgin Islands Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and an MAI and SRA designated member of the Appraisal Institute.
