With over 35 years of experience in both the public and private sector, George brings a variety of expertise to TEAM Consulting. He has worked as a county property appraiser, statewide reappraisal coordinator, chief cartographer, GIS director in the public sector, and was the reappraisal director for the largest county revaluation completed in the US in the last 20 years. George was elected president of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) in 1994, and his peers continue to benefit from his involvement with the organization.

George has attained the IAAO professional designation of CMS and has received numerous awards on a local and national level. He has provided a wide range of assessment administration and related technical consultation services to state and local governments, which include state and local assessment policy reviews, quality control audits, technical specification preparation and analysis, design of public information programs, appraisals, ratio studies, model building, and software services.
