Fred has over 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors, and brings a wide-ranging expertise to
TEAM Consulting. He has worked as a reassessment appraiser; a local
property assessor; and oversaw and regulated
assessment practices and procedures at the state level, including the licensing of
assessors and private sector assessment appraisers and conducting statewide ratio
studies.
Fred
has attained the IAAO professional designation of AAS and has received
numerous local and national awards for his work. In 2003 he was elected president of the International Association of
Assessing Officers (IAAO), and his peers continue to benefit
from his involvement with the organization.
Fred provides assessment administration and related technical consultation services to
state and local governments, including state and local assessment
policy reviews, technical specification preparation and analysis, design
of public information programs, and ratio studies.
