Fred has over 30 years of experience in both the public and private sector, he brings a variety of expertise to TEAM Consulting. He has worked as a reassessment appraiser; a local property assessor; and at the state level oversaw, and regulated assessment practices and procedures, including the licensing of assessors and private sector assessment appraisers; and state-wide ratio studies. Fred was elected president of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) in 2003, and his peers continue to benefit from his involvement with the organization.

Fred has attained the IAAO professional designation of AAS and has received numerous awards on a local and national level. He has provided assessment administration and related technical consultation services to state and local governments, which include state and local assessment policy reviews, technical specification preparation and analysis, design of public information programs, ratio studies."
