Dan
has over 30 years of experience in the mass appraisal profession. He has
worked in all phases of county and statewide reassessment programs. His
expertise is in the area of managing multifaceted projects and bringing
them to a successful and timely completion. He has developed reassessment
project plans, staffing requirements, and resource needs for hundreds of
reassessment projects. He has been instrumental in implementing various
computer assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) systems in numerous states working
with private firms and state and local government officials.
In
addition to reassessment programs, Dan has performed statistical updates,
equalization studies, and land studies.
