Brent
has over 30 years experience in the public and private sector in the
appraisal/consulting industry. He has served as Director of Appraisal for
the Cuyahoga County Auditor (metropolitan Cleveland) for 15 years as well
as a commercial/industrial and residential appraiser. Brent is presently
serving as a consultant to the Cuyahoga County Auditor for the 2006
Reappraisal program in
Cleveland
and completing commercial/industrial appraisals for the same program. He
has also completed numerous independent appraisal assignments for all
property types over the past 30 years.
Brent
has been a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers for
over 20 years, is a State of
Ohio Certified General Appraiser
and a Senior Member on the American Society of Appraisers with
designations in ad valorem real estate and urban real estate.
