We want to become the recognized leader in assessment administration and valuation who can make a truly meaningful difference. Our Vision is to become the kind of organization that others want to work with.   We want to build a network of experienced ‘problem solvers’ who can offer cost effective and practical solutions to any assessment related problem.  We envision this network linking all parties involved in assessment administration and property valuation process, using the Internet as the primary platform.

TEAM Mission
Simply put, our Mission is our reason for being. It is meant to articulate the significant challenge and opportunity we have both as an organization and as individual consultants.

To enable the emergence of a new technology and innovative concepts and ideas to improve the performance of assessment administration and property valuation processes for the benefit of our customers and the taxpayers who we all work for.
